Shipping & Policies

International Mercantile will make every effort to ship your merchandise within 24 hours following receipt of your order, Monday thru Friday, depending the following terms, conditions and in rare cases product availability. Should for any reason the ordered product not be immediately available, you'll be promptly notified and exactly when shipment is anticipated.

Placing your Order

On-Line Orders: All on-line orders are received and processed in real time daily, 24/7 and are normally shipped the following business day. In cases when the order is received after 2:00pm PST on business days, the merchandise will be shipped the following business day.

U.S Postal Service Mail: For all U.S. Postal Service Mail Orders, complete the order form completely, including the following information;

If using a Credit Card, place completed order in an envelope and mail to International Mercantile, P.O. Box 2818, Del Mar, California 92008 and if you desire to send a check or money order in lieu of a credit card, then complete the form with all applicable information, attach your check or money order and mail to International Mercantile P.O. Box 2818, Del Mar, California 92008.
Fax and E-mail Orders: (CAUTION)

The following information is offered for your protection, Fax and e-mail orders are transmitted from your computer or fax machine to International Mercantile NOT ENCRYPTED the information transmitted is insecure and your financial information is vulnerable. If you utilize this method it is strongly recommended that you complete the entire order form with the exception of the information about your Credit Card Number, Date of Expiration, Code and Name imprinted on card, Fax or send as an e-mail attachment this incomplete form and then phone International Mercantile with the missing information. Terms of Payment
Payment Terms:

International Mercantile accepts VISA, MasterCard. Always, please provide the full cardholder name, account number, expiration date and last three digits of number on back of card, billing address, shipping address, e-mail address and a phone number. We also accept certified bank checks or drafts, and International money orders. International money orders, checks and drafts must be in U.S. dollars, payable to a U. S. bank. We accept personal checks and ship as soon as they clear our bank.

Any order accompanied by a personal or company check may be subject to a 7-day delay until the check clears our bank sooner. Should for any reason the bank impose a clearing in excess of 7 days you will be notified.

C.O.D. orders are accepted: However, cash may be required by the carrier. Make all checks payable to International Mercantile.

Return of Merchandise Shipped
Returns:

Unless shipped in error or defective, no merchandise will be accepted for return after 21 days. Returned merchandise must be shipped freight prepaid and returned in condition received. No credit will be given due to improper installation/modification. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER 30 DAYS.

Damage Claims:

All transit damage claims must be made with the carrier (usually U.P.S.) Under no circumstances should damaged merchandise be returned to International Mercantile

Manufacturers Warranty

Warranty: International Mercantile is committed to giving you the best prices for the highest quality parts and we guarantee replacement of any parts with any manufacturing defect whatsoever. All of our parts come with a full manufacturer's warranty from the date on the original purchase invoice. The return shipping date must not be more than the expiration of the term which begins from the date on the original purchase invoice.
